Surrounded by the beauty of our olive groves and the enveloping scents of autumn, guests will have the chance to explore the traditional techniques of this centuries-old practice.
Programme:
09:45 Meet our team in the Hotel Lobby
10:00 Olive harvesting, followed by a light snack and a visit to the Olive Mill
12:30 Return to the hotel; lunch at L’Oliveto Bistrot with a tasting menu of the new oil (3 courses including dessert, coffee, and selected wines).
