Oliveto Bistrot

L’Oliveto Bistrot is situated in a renovated stone barn adjacent to the pool at Villa La Massa.
The Bistrot is named after the multitude of olive trees in the 10 hectares of the hotel grounds, which
provide choice Villa La Massa extra-virgin olive oil. L’Oliveto has a laidback and cosy atmosphere
with a charming outdoor patio enveloped by country shades and scents. Natural hues, open beams and stone details define the interior, all of which are reminiscent of
Tuscan traditions.

The upstairs lounge, which affords beguiling views over the grounds and Chianti
hills, is the perfect location for small private events.

The lunch experience starts with a moreish Tuscan covaccino before moving on to light options such
as salads, carpacci and pastas, without forgetting pizzas and international classics.
On summer evenings, the Bistrot turns into a traditional Tuscan trattoria imbued with an alluring
ambience conjured up by the scents from the surrounding garden. Highlights include Bistecca alla
Fiorentina, pici and pappardelle pastas, and generous grazing boards of cheeses and charcuterie with
coccoli (fried pizza dough), just to mention a few. Sweet regional treats like zuccotto, an ice-cream cake,
and profiteroles bring dinner to a close. Pizzas and vegan choices always feature on the menu.
