Health conditions

Please inform our staff of any allergies or recent surgeries before undergoing treatments. Expectant mothers are welcome for all facial treatments and “Last Touch” rituals.

Etiquette

Access to the Arno SPA is reserved for guests over the age of 18.

Guests aged 16 and over may access the SPA and gym only if accompanied by an adult. For treatments, written consent from parents or legal guardians is required.

To preserve the atmosphere of peace and relaxation in our wellness area, we kindly ask you to switch off mobile phones and electronic devices. Smoking is not permitted inside the SPA.
