Available exclusively during the autumn season, this experience takes place in the private woodlands of the Tenuta Strozzi, an untouched natural sanctuary closed to the public. Guided by expert truffle hunters and their trained dogs, guests will feel the thrill of uncovering the “King of Truffles” in its original habitat. A rare opportunity to connect with the most authentic spirit of Tuscany.

Reservations are accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Guests are requested not to wear sandals, heels and tank tops. Children over the age of 6 may participate in cooking demonstrations. For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed in the kitchen. In case of cancellation, please inform us within 48 hours.
