At Villa La Massa, the kitchen becomes a stage for emotions and discovery. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Stefano Ballarino, guests are invited to share in a truly authentic and convivial moment: hands in the dough, fragrant aromas filling the air, and flavours that tell the story of Italian tradition. Between laughter, anecdotes, and gestures handed down through generations, you will learn to create fragrant pizzas and focaccias, exploring doughs, leavening techniques, and carefully selected ingredients.
These classes take place in intimate, atmospheric settings such as the Oliveto Bistrot or the private kitchen of Casa Colonica, transformed for the occasion into workshops of culinary creativity. Each experience is tailor-made, shaped around the wishes of the participants, and designed for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a memory to knead, bake, and treasure forever.

For further information about our exclusive experiences or to make a reservation, our Guest Relations Team is at your complete disposal, ready to assist you in creating unforgettable moments.
Reservations are accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Guests are requested not to wear sandals, heels and tank tops. Children over the age of 6 may participate in cooking demonstrations. For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed in the kitchen. In case of cancellation, please inform us within 48 hours.
