Discover the timeless charm of an ancient Tuscan ritual
From 3 to 7 November 2025, Villa La Massa invites its guests to experience one of Tuscany’s most authentic autumnal traditions: the olive harvest. A ritual deeply rooted in the region’s farming culture, renewed each year through slow gestures, enveloping scents and golden landscapes.
Guided by our team, guests will take part in the harvest on the estate’s groves, surrounded by the fragrances and colours of autumn. A visit to the mill enriches the experience, unveiling every step of the transformation from fruit to oil.
The journey concludes with a convivial lunch at L’Oliveto: a three-course menu created to celebrate the season’s new oil, accompanied by dessert, selected wines and coffee. A moment of pure authenticity, savoured in the elegant setting of Villa La Massa.

09:45 Meet our team in the Hotel Lobby
10:00 Olive harvesting, followed by a light snack and a visit to the Olive Mill
12:30 Return to the hotel; lunch at L’Oliveto Bistrot with a tasting menu of the new oil (3 courses including dessert, coffee, and selected wines).
