From March 1 through May 28
From July 19 through Septembert 3
and from September 27 through November 14

For stays of 1 night

For cancellation received
Up to 4 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
From 3 days and the date of arrival or in case of no-show: the total cost of the room

For stays over 1 night

For cancellation received
Up to 4 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
From 3 days and the date of arrival or in case of no-show: 50% of the nights reserved

From May 29 through July 18
and from September 4 through September 26

For stays of 1 night

For cancellation received
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
From 7 days and the date of arrival or in case of no-show: the total cost of the room

For stays over 1 night

For cancellation received
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
From 7 days and the date of arrival or in case of no-show: 50% of the nights reserved
NB: In case of early departure, the 50% of the cancelled nights will be charged as a penalty fee.

Special offers

For cancellation received:
from 7 days to 4 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost of the package
from 3 days to arrival day or in case of no-show: 100% of the total cost of the package
